TERMS & CONDITIONS OF HIRE

The equipment hired under this agreement is electrically and mechanically safe,
if however it causes any injury or damage to persons or property the total responsibility is to the hirer.
The cost of any damage to or by the equipment hired under this agreement is the responsibility of the hirer.
Any verbal terms or instructions stated at the time of hire by C.R. Services must be adhered to fully.
The hirer agrees that the training given is sufficient for correct use of equipment.
If however the equipment is not operated properly and damage occurs or unsatisfactory performance results, the total responsibility is to the hirer.
Prices quoted are per night NOT 24 HOURS. Items are to be collected and returned at times agreed.
Un-explained late returns (over 2 hours) will be charged a full days hire.
Two forms of identification is required (i.e. current utility bill & passport or driving licence)
Full deposit required in either cash or credit card authorisation PLUS a cleaning deposit of £100 in cash.
